We’re currently in-network with Commercial plans of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare (Optum), Oscar (optum), Oxford (optum), Carelon, Quest Behavioral Health, Ascension (SmartHealth). Fee Info

Payment is required at the time of service. Oasis Psychiatry PLLC accepts credit cards and debit cards. We only accept major insurances. Please check the list of insurance we accept. Before scheduling services, please check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits and potential reimbursements.

No Cash Pay:

Oasis Psychiatry accepts insurance exclusively and does not offer cash payment options for initial visits or follow-up appointments.

Forms and Letters

  • $25.00 to $75.00, based on complexity. For example, an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter is $25.00, and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) documentation is $75.00. Please contact us for more details.

Prior Authorizations for Medications

  • Initial and annual renewals are free of charge. Charges may apply for appeals depending on the complexity.

Missed Visits and Cancellations

  • New Patients: Please cancel at least 3 business days before your first appointment by contacting the provider or office staff directly. A late cancellation fee of $50.00 applies. No-shows will be charged $75.00.
  • Existing Patients: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $35.00 fee applies for late cancellations, and no-shows will be charged $50.00. This charge is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility.

Please Note:

  • Appointment fees are due at the start of the appointment.
  • Telepsychiatry appointment fees are the same as in-office appointments
